GTA 5 Online's Kortz Center Heist arrives July 14, 2026. Learn the Mansion requirement, scope-out tips, artwork targets, solo play options, and ways to protect your payout.

Rockstar's Kortz Center Heist is scheduled to arrive in GTA 5 Online on July 14, 2026, and it looks set to reward players who can keep their nerves in check. This is not another job where you charge through the front door, grab the loot, and hope the getaway car starts. You'll need to study the museum, photograph paintings without drawing attention, and work out how to get in and out cleanly. If you're planning your next big purchase, you can also buy GTA 5 Money to help cover the cost of the Mansion upgrades tied to the operation.

A Museum Robbery That Takes Its Time

The heist is based around the Kortz Center in Pacific Bluffs, with Mr. Faber and Raf De Angelis helping move the plan forward. The early work happens during a quiet visit to the gallery. You'll walk through the collection, snap photos of valuable pieces, watch the guards, and look for useful routes around the building. It sounds simple, but this is where much of the job's character comes from. Miss a detail and the finale may become far less comfortable. Raf handles much of the reconnaissance, while the Mansion's AI Assistant supports the preparation from your planning base.

The Art Studio Gives the Job More Personality

To host the operation, you'll need to own a Mansion and install the Art Studio expansion. Other players can join without owning either one, which makes the setup less awkward for crews. The Studio is more than a room with a planning screen, too. A counterfeiter works there, producing copies that can replace the paintings taken from the museum. Gear gathers in the space as the operation develops, and the host can choose from that equipment before the finale. There's also a personal touch. Stolen primary paintings can be sold through Faber's contacts or kept on display in the Mansion. Plenty of players will probably struggle with that choice, especially if a favourite piece turns up.

The robbery supports one to four players, so solo grinders won't be left out. A full crew may carry more secondary artwork, but extra players aren't required. Three primary paintings are expected to rotate each week, giving repeat runs a reason to come back. Secondary pieces can add to the take, though chasing every last painting increases the chance of being spotted. Witnesses and surviving CCTV footage may also reduce the value of stolen art, so a quiet escape matters. Exact payouts, cooldowns, fencing fees, setup missions, and difficulty bonuses still need confirmation. For anyone preparing a budget before launch, choosing to buy GTA 5 Online Money can leave more room for the Mansion, upgrades, and other costs when the heist goes live.
